Summary: We booked one night originally and then the next night at a later date on a 3rd party site. Bambi was able to get our reservations merged so we could stay in the same room. I didn’t know the 3rd party booked 2 different room types but we just had to check in and out and all was good.

Summary: All staff are very friendly and my family felt welcomed at this hotel. Special thanks to the kitchen staff Adrian, very hardworking for keeping the breakfast area clean while re-filling all breakfast items for guests.
